Is It Still Good?

Yes. While some specific unit interactions have changed since the series was recorded, the macro fundamentals Winter teaches are timeless. Building workers, expanding, and spending your money will always be the foundation of improvement. The builds may need minor tweaks at higher levels, but through Gold league everything still applies.
